METAL CUTTING
For production of parts especially CNC machines are used:

• CNC lathes
• CNC machining centres
• CNC grinders

For auxiliary and specialized operations the following equipment is used:

• conventional lathes and milling machines
• drills
• saw for cutting bars
• saw for cutting plates
• machine tools for gearing (< m2,5)
• centerless grinders
• tumbling
• sand blasting

WELDING
We are equipped with aggregate for TiG and Mig mtehod. We weld not only carbon steel but also stainless steel.

ASSEMBLY
We are experienced in supplying assemblies and subassemblies – we have well equipped specialized workshop for that.

SURFACE FINISHING
We are able to carry out blackening on our own line – other surface coating is carried out in cooperation with specialized companies.

HEAT TREATMENT
Heat treatment is carried out via certified subcontractors – we provide all kinds of heat treatment.

MATERIALS MACHINED
We have long-time experience in machining and we machine all materials used in machine building including materials difficult to machine.

PRODUCTION RATE

The usual production rate runs in hundreds of pieces – it appears to be cost effective in relation to adjusting, shipping, production organization, etc. However, we are able to deliver parts in much lesser amounts.
Our technological equipment does not make it possible to manufacture large series – bulk production (> 10 000 pieces/production rate)
